Unworkable ‘UNWORKABLE’ is an innovative theatre and workshop training package that promotes positive mental health in the workplace. The content of the show and interactive training explores the psychological, physical and economic effects that workplace pressures can create as a consequence of work related stress, anxiety and depression. On the Buses ‘ON THE BUSES’ is a Mental Health Awareness training programme which responded  to a series of roadshows carried out by BSMHFT and Centro that looked at the  concerns of mental health service users about using public transport. From these roadshows, a report was presented and Community Vibe were approached  to develop a training package to be used to raise mental health awareness for Travel  West Midlands Bus Drivers. The result is a one hour training session which includes powerpoint, interactive  learning/roleplay and a twenty minute DVD with an interactive quiz. All of the material  was developed in full consultation with service users. Community Vibe provided in-house ‘Training the Trainers’ at Travel West Midlands  which was to be included as part of TWM Disability Awareness Training. Prior to this, no  such provision for specialist mental health awareness was available. To date, 1,200 TWM Bus Drivers have received this training. Services Two Way Dialogue The aim of Two Way Dialogue was to bring together statutory sector representatives and community activists in a relaxed and informal environment where they could appreciate one another’s position and how that affects partnership working. The Two Way dialogue programme used forum theatre and other facilitated methods. It was designed to equip attendees to gain greater understanding, mutual trust and confidence when engaging with collegues, partners and community activists.
